Client acquisition content · New York City & the NY area

One hour on camera. A month OF CONTENT.

In your business, people hire you, not a logo. They look you up before they call, before they act on a referral, before they sign.

We record content with you in a New York studio (or remotely), turn that one session into a month of video, clips, articles, and posts, and publish it, so you're the name they already know when they reach out.

Built for law, wealth management, consulting, recruiting, agencies, and real estate.

Why now

Your next client is already looking you up.

  • Every prospect checks you before they call. The referral your best client made last week goes through a search and a LinkedIn profile before it becomes a meeting.
  • The partner across town who started posting six months ago is now the one who comes up. Because they're visible.
  • You know exactly what to say. You say it in every first meeting. What you don't have is a spare evening to film, edit, write, and schedule it. That's the gap we close.
Don't let another quarter of referrals go cold.
How it works

Three steps. You show up once.

Your only job is to talk about what you already know. We handle everything else, including review.

1

The recording day

Show up to a booked studio in New York, or join remotely, for a two-hour block, about an hour of it on camera. We run the cameras and guide the conversation against an outline built from a pre-call: the questions clients ask, the mistakes you see them make, and the things you already say in every first meeting.

Studio booked and crewed
Pre-call outline and hook prep
Multi-cam video and clean audio
2

The breakdown

We pull the moments worth repeating and rebuild them across formats: a long-form episode, vertical clips, written posts, and search-friendly articles. One conversation becomes a library a prospect can find.

Long and short-form edits
Articles and blog posts
Captions, thumbnails, hooks
3

Reviewed, then live

Every piece goes to you, or your compliance reviewer, before it's scheduled. Once it's signed off, it publishes on your channels on a real cadence, in your voice. Nothing posts without approval.

A month of visibility

Consistent presence in front of prospects, referral sources, and the people you want to hire

Why any of this matters

Content that wins clients, and the people who send them.

Two audiences decide whether your firm gets its next client: the client, and whoever referred them. Both look you up before they ever talk to you. Every asset we make is cut for one of them.

For clients

Clients research quietly before they reach out. Content that explains their situation, in their language, does the convincing before the first meeting, and turns a cold referral into a warm one.

  • Proof you understand their situation before you meet
  • Referrals that convert instead of going cold
  • Prospects who arrive already decided
  • Something to send after a consultation

For referral sources & partners

The CPA, the general counsel, the lender, the broker on the other side of the deal. They send business to the names they see. For developers, that includes the capital partners who track you between deals.

  • The name that comes up when a referral is being made
  • Easy to forward to a client or a partner
  • Evidence you know the market, not just the work
  • Top of mind between deals, not only during them

Who we are

Marketers who have run a company.

Yellow Pebble is a New York brand and content studio. We're owners ourselves — six years, no outside money — and we've built content for Fortune 500 teams and owner-led firms alike. So we know what your calendar looks like, and we know what clients and referral partners actually respond to.

We can sit across from you, follow the conversation wherever your practice takes it, and find the part a prospect will care about. The result sounds like you, not like a marketing team guessing at what you do.

Owner-led

We've sat in your seat. We know what gets pushed to next quarter, and why.

Commercial

We cut for what clients and referral partners respond to, not for likes.

Compliance-ready

Regulated firm? Review and archiving are built into the workflow, not bolted on after.

FAQ

Common questions.

We're regulated. How does review actually work?

Nothing posts without sign-off. Every asset goes to your compliance officer, marketing reviewer, or you before it's scheduled, with a review window built into the monthly calendar. We add "Attorney Advertising" and similar labels where the rules require them, keep claims to what you'd say in a client meeting, and hand off to your archiving vendor so the record is complete. If your reviewer wants changes, that round is included.

What actually happens on the recording day?

We book a studio in New York, or set up at your office, bring the crew, and run a two-hour block — about an hour of that is you on camera. Before that we send a short outline built from a pre-call, so you know the shape of the conversation. You talk, we capture it multi-cam with proper audio, and we grab B-roll if it helps. Most people are surprised how fast it goes.

How is one session enough for a month of content?

An hour of focused conversation produces far more usable material than most people expect. From it we cut a long-form episode, a dozen or more vertical clips, four written pieces, and the posts that carry them. The constraint is rarely footage. It's editorial judgment about what deserves to be repeated, and that's the part we bring.

I'm not a "content person." Will this work for me?

Yes. You don't need to be polished or have a point of view worked out in advance. You need to be able to explain what you do, who it's for, and what you've learned doing it, which you already do in every first meeting. The producer in the room does the rest.

I'm a broker. Isn't my content about the properties?

Listings get you found for a listing. You get you hired. The market read, the negotiation you just closed, the mistake you see buyers make every spring — that's what makes a seller pick you over the other three agents they interviewed. We can shoot B-roll on a property, but the session is about you.

Do you post it for us, or just hand over files?

We publish. Files sitting in a folder are the most common reason content programs die, so scheduling and posting to your channels is part of the work. You approve each piece, and it runs.

Why a three-month minimum?

Month one is calibration — we learn your voice and your audience learns you exist. Months two and three are where the inbound, the replies, and the referrals start showing up. Judging the program on one month would sell you short, so we don't offer it. If you'd rather try before committing, the $299 starter exists for exactly that.

What if we're not in New York?

In-person NYC is our core focus because the output is stronger, but we run remote sessions too. We handle the setup, pre-checks, and live troubleshooting so the capture quality holds up.

How long until the first content is live?

First assets are typically live within five days of recording, with the full month scheduled out from there. Regulated firms: add your review window, which we build into the calendar.

Will it sound like us, or like an agency?

Everything comes from your own words on camera. We don't flatten it into generic marketing language — we cut for the moments a client or a referral partner would actually stop on.
